Applying for Refunds

Refunds are available for purchased ERC1155 fractional assets of luxury watches. Fractions where payment has been refunded are returned to the pool of available fractions and can be re-sold to other customers by Germanium Digital. Customers will not be able to claim revenue rewards on any fractions for which they have received a refund.

This Refund Policy applies to all transactions made on the Germanium Digital website. By purchasing ERC1155 fractional assets of luxury watches from Germanium Digital, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

If you wish to request a refund for your purchase, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility for a refund will be determined within 48 hours according to our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Upon approval of a refund request, Germanium Digital will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Germanium Digital reserves the right to refuse or cancel a refund request if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the request is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service. Refunds may also be refused or canceled if they are not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
